Arshad Warsi sold a shop in Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri West, Mumbai ₹6.25 crore, according to property registration documents obtained by Liases Foras. Documents show Warsi bought the shop at a higher price in 2012 ₹2.12 crores.
The transaction, registered on July 1, 2026, pertains to a shop located on the ground floor of Grenville Co-operative Housing Society Limited.
According to the documents, the carpet area of the commercial shop is 63.87 square meters (684 square feet). This property was bought by a person named Umang Rajkumar Budhraja. ₹6.25 crores. Buyer paid stamp duty ₹37.50 lakh for the transaction. The sale deed was registered with the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration on July 1, 2026.
Based on the registered consideration price, the transaction translates into a rate of approximately ₹Rs 91,400 per sq ft of carpet area.
Documents show that Warsi had purchased the shop in February 2012. ₹Stamp duty of more than Rs 2.12 crore ₹10 lakhs and registration fee ₹30,000 was paid.
Arshad Warsi and the buyer could not be reached for comment.
