A major trip and tourism marketing company MMGY Global, has announced the acquisition of Think Strawberry (TS), which is a well -established travel representation firm and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in India. With this step, MMGY Global marks its first operating footprint in South Asia and the Middle East, seeing a significant increase in two fields outbound travel.
Located in the Canasus City, MMGY Global stated that the acquisition aligns with its strategy to expand international capabilities and achieve local insights in high-development markets. Strawberries seem to have now work under the new identity of mm think strawberries.
MMGY Global CEO KT Brisco stated that the investment enhances the firm’s ability to reach high-value passengers through a locally vested approach. “This investment increases our abilities with deep local insights, strong cultural flows and an on-the-guilt network that is not another for anyone,” he said.
Established in 2011, Think Strawberry built a portfolio, which represents high-profile tourism customers such as Maldives, Portugal, Disneyland Paris and Dubai Holding Entertainment. The firm provides travel representation, destination marketing and counseling services.
The continuity of leadership remains an important part of the deal. Founder Amit Kishore will play the role of managing director and head of strategy for the new Mimi Think Strawberry unit. Munmun Marwah and Sanya Zaidi will continue the leading operations in India and GCC respectively.
Kishore said, “This partnership marks a significant change – how destination marketing develops not only for our team and customers but also in this part of the world.” He said that the alliance will help local customers to provide data-operated insight and global expertise.
The network of MMGY Global now extends up to 16 offices and more than 650 employees worldwide. The firm has focused its focus on the travel industry and has seen this expansion as part of its widespread commitment to create culturally sensitive marketing strategies.
