Preity Zinta rented a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Pali Hill on a two-year lease for ₹6 lakh per month

Bollywood actress Preity Zinta has rented an apartment in Pali Hill area in Bandra (West), Mumbai for two years, the monthly rent starting at Rs. 6 lakh, according to documents obtained by CRE Matrix.

The leave-and-license agreement states that the apartment in the Art Veda building spans 1,500 square feet and includes a parking space of 100 square feet. The property is leased from MS Union Land & Building Society Limited under an agreement effective May 27, 2026.

According to the agreement, monthly license the fee is Rs 6 lakh for first 12 months, then increases to Rs 6 lakh 6.5 lakh per month for the remaining 12 months. Transaction also includes security deposit 27 lakh, documents showed.

Preity Zinta and the landlord could not be reached for comment.
