Realty firm to invest in Prestige Estates projects ₹Rs 15,000 crore will be spent on construction of residential and commercial projects in South India, Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Delhi-NCR this financial year.

Bengaluru-based Prestige Estates is one of the leading real estate developers in the country. It achieved record sales bookings ₹30,024 crore during FY 2025-26, 76 percent more than last year.
“We will invest ₹“The construction cost will be Rs 14,000-15,000 crore this financial year,” Zayed Noman, executive director, Prestige Estates Projects, told PTI.
Of the estimated construction expenditure, he estimated ₹Rs 9,500-10,000 crore for housing projects ₹Rs 4,500-5,000 crore for commercial projects including office complexes and shopping malls.
Noman said the company is very focused on increasing construction activities to ensure timely execution of projects.
He said, even during the financial year 2025-26, the total construction expenditure was approximately ₹13,500 crores.
“Overall, we remain focused on disciplined growth, calibrated expansion and timely execution, strengthening our annuity portfolio while continuing to create long-term value for all our stakeholders,” Noman said.
On the operational side, Prestige Group Chairman Irfan Razak told PTI last month that the company aims to achieve ₹Sales booking or pre-sale worth Rs 35,000-36,000 crore during FY 2026-27.
The company has a launch pipeline of approximately ₹Razak had said Rs 58,000 crore would be spent in major cities for the current financial year, but the actual launch would depend on government approval.
In the last financial year, Prestige Estates had launched 32 million sq ft area with sales booking capacity ₹27,350 crores.
