Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has bought about 25 acres of land in Mulshi Taluka, Pune. ₹16.42 crore, according to property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix.
The transaction involves four adjoining land parcels in Pimpri village, the sale agreement of which was registered on April 30, 2026. The first parcel is 21,400 square meters and was purchased. ₹3.31 crores; The second one is spread over 29,900 square meters and was acquired for ₹4.62 crores; The third measures 43,800 square meters and was purchased ₹7.07 crores; And the fourth is spread over 8,900 square meters and was acquired for ₹1.39 crores.
In all, the four parcels spread over 1,04,000 square meters (about 25.7 acres) were purchased in total. ₹16.42 crores. Transaction attracted ₹As per the registration documents, the stamp duty is Rs 82.13 lakh.

In May 2026, The House of Abhinandan Lodha said that Ranbir Kapoor acquired a land parcel in his project ‘The Saryu’, worth approximately ₹3.31 crores.
It said the land parcel measures 2,134 sq ft and reflects the growing demand for luxury-branded plot developments in the temple city.
The acquisition was part of ‘The Saryu by HOABL’, a 75-acre plot of land located on the banks of the Saryu River. According to the company, the project will include a club house, over 35 lifestyle amenities and a five-acre fully vegan luxury hotel powered by The Leela.

Ranbir Kapoor’s latest acquisition comes amid increasing celebrity interest in real estate investments outside Mumbai.
