Ahead of the 80th Independence Day, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched ‘DDA Karmajeevi Awas Yojana 2026’, a special housing scheme that offers 25% discount on over 1,200 ready-to-move-in flats in Narela.

The scheme is aimed at serving and retired government employees as well as working professionals from the corporate, business, entrepreneurial and professional sectors, with an aim to make home ownership more affordable in the national capital.

1. What is the offer and what are the prices?
The scheme comprises 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK ready-to-move-in apartments in Pocket-11, Sector A1-A4, Narela.
After 25% discount, the prices are:
- 1 BHK: Starting from Rs. ₹33.40 lakh
- 2 BHK: Starting from Rs. ₹75.55 lakh
- 3 BHK: Starting from Rs. ₹1.065 crores
2. Option to combine adjacent flats

3. When does registration start?
